The Museum of European and Mediterranean Civilisations offers a complete virtual tour of the three museum sites as well as six online exhibitions. The museum opened its doors on 18 September 2014, born from the meeting between the Mayor of Marignane, Eric le Dissès, and Raimu’s granddaughter, Isabelle Nohain-Raimu. A beautiful bourgeois house, renovated by the town council, reveals an endearing place filled with the strong moments, known and sometimes more intimate, of the life of the theatre and cinema actor. The Camargue Regional Natural Park has installed the Camargue Museum in the former livestock barn of the Mas du Pont de Rousty. The Museum proposes a step back into the past, to discover the history of the Camargue, its transformation and the balance between biodiversity and human activity that has been established. Inaugurated in 1976 and recently renovated, the Vasarely Foundation houses monumental works by the master of optical art. In 2013, Hexalab, Perspective and Bype produced the Vasarely 3D Project, a 4-minute video to discover the Foundation as if you were there!
